Dentist checkup

Both girls have very small mouths for all their teeth. After looking
at an xray of Monti's front teeth the dentist is pretty sure that
Monti's front teeth won't come in for a long time. The two lateral
teeth are blocking the way for her 2 adult front teeth to come in. She
is recommending that we extract the next two baby teeth so that the
adult teeth will have a clear path. If her jaw doesn't start catching
up with her teeth we will have to do more work to expand her jaw. This
can be done using retainers.
